     The SuperScript III One-Step RT-PCR System with Platinum Taq DNA Polymerase offers the highest sensitivity available for end point detection.      This system combines the high thermostability of SuperScript III RT with the specificity of Platinum Taq DNA Polymerase to increase priming      specificity, generate higher product yields, and identify a larger range of targets. The one-step format enables easy analysis of gene expression      or detection of rare or viral RNA.
 
     •  Sensitive – Routine detection down to 0.01 pg total RNA (Figure 1)      •  Convenience – One-step format for speed, convenience, and less reaction-to-reaction variability      •  Specificity – Uses SuperScript III RT for cDNA synthesis up to 55°C, for more specific priming with gene specific primers (Figure 2)      •  Amplicon Size – Compatible Detection of targets up to 4.5 kb in length for greater flexibility
